By signing up for the Fast Response Network (FRN) operated by the Berkshire Democratic Brigades (BDB), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the FRN

The FRN is a volunteer-based mobilization network designed to respond rapidly to time-sensitive local events, actions, or emergencies that impact vulnerable communities. Participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Consent to Receive Alerts

By registering, you consent to receive non-marketing emergency alerts and announcements via text message. These messages will be sent only in connection with FRN activities.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or contacting us at: [Insert contact email or number].

3. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in any action, response, or event organized through the FRN is voluntary. You agree that you:

• Are participating of your own volition and at your own risk.

• Release the Berkshire Democratic Brigades, its volunteers, and affiliates from any liability or claims that may arise from your involvement.

4. Data Use and Protection

Your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. It will only be used for FRN purposes and never shared with outside organizations.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the FRN at any time and for any reason, including inappropriate behavior or misuse of the network.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the FRN after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
